| Any items received damaged will cheerfully be replaced at our expense. We may ask for a digital photo, or receipt of actual damaged goods prior to replacement. Our glasses exactly match descriptions and photos, and the product quality is excellent. If you decide you do not want the glasses you have purchased we will refund your purchase price (or exchange for different product, at your request) upon receipt of the original product in as-new condition, and after payment of a restocking fee equal to the greater of fifteen percent of the purchase price or five dollars (whichever is greater), and issuance of an RMA number which must be placed on the returned goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. Items must be returned via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking Number must be emailed to us. We are unable to accept returned goods without an RMA number. Please note: Our current restocking rate is less than one-half of one percent of our orders, so the odds of you having to follow the above policy are pretty darned low! PLEASE NOTE: Non-prescription glasses which you may purchase from retail organizations such as minireadingglasses.com are not intended to replace prescribed corrective lenses or examinations by an eyecare professional. Regular eye check-ups by a qualified professional are necessary to determine your eye health status and vision needs.
